Cash N Kart Return & Refund Policy (India)

Return Request Period Customers can request a return within 7 days of receiving the product. For products that arrive damaged or have missing parts, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery to ensure a quick resolution.

Damaged or Defective Products If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with proof of damage (such as photos or a brief video). Once the damage is verified, we will initiate a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.

Missing Items If any item is missing from your order, please inform us within 48 hours. We will investigate and either ship the missing item or issue a refund for that specific part of your order.

Product Condition for Returns To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging, tags, and labels included.

Return Shipping

  • For Defective/Incorrect Items: Cash N Kart will cover the return shipping costs.

  • For Other Returns (Change of mind/Wrong order): The customer is responsible for the return shipping charges. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Custom-Printed Products Please note that orders for custom-printed or personalized products cannot be cancelled or returned once production has started, except in cases where the product arrives damaged or defective.

Refund Process Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 business days.
