CashnKart – Replacement Policy

We at CashnKart.in aim to provide a smooth and reliable shopping experience. If you face any issue with your order, you can request a replacement under the conditions mentioned below.

1. Processing

    • Customers must apply for replacement within the replacement period.

    • Once we receive your replacement request, all updates will be shared with you via your registered email ID.

    • Customers must provide all required details for verification.

    • After successful verification, your replacement will be delivered within 5–7 working days.

    • Our team will first arrange a pickup shipment to collect the product. Once the product is verified to be in its original condition, the replacement will be shipped.

2. Conditions for Replacement

Customers can apply for replacement only in the following cases:

    • If you receive a damaged, missing, or wrong product.

    • If the product is defective or not working.

3. Required Details

For Damaged / Missing / Wrong Product:

    • A 360-degree clear & uncut unboxing video showing all sides of the sealed package.

    • A clear video while opening the package and product.

    • Clear pictures of the damaged part (if damaged).

    • All-side images of the package & item received.

    • Packaging label images.

For Defective / Not Working Product:

    • A clear video showing the problem while using the product.

    • Package image with label.

    • Product must be in the same condition as received at delivery time.

4. Shipping

    • If the replacement is required due to no fault of the customer, there are no shipping charges.

    • If the customer is at fault, shipping charges of approximately ₹50 – ₹100 may apply, payable at the time of delivery.

    • Customers can claim replacement only once for a product.

    • For defective, wrong, or not working product cases, customers must pack the item securely (box/bubble wrap) and share package images via email before handing it over to the pickup courier.

5. Timeline

    • Once our team verifies the replacement application, the replacement product will be delivered within 3–5 working days.
