Cash N Kart Refund Policy (India)

We set these policies to ensure that you are fully aware of our refund methods and procedures. These policies are applicable to (INDIA) country.

Thank you for shopping at Cash N Kart. We value your trust and want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand the conditions and process for requesting a refund.


Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be processed for eligible cases under the following conditions:

1. Damaged or Defective Products:
If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must provide an unboxing video clearly showing the issue. Once confirmed, we will process your refund.

2. Missing Items:
If your order is missing any items and we cannot provide the missing product(s), we will issue a refund for the respective item(s). An unboxing video is mandatory to claim a refund for missing items.

3. Original Condition and Packaging:
Refunds will only be possible if the product is unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all accessories, tags, and labels intact.


Refund Process

    1. You must raise a refund request within 48 hours of receiving the product.

    1. Our team will inspect and verify your claim through the unboxing video and product condition.

    1. Once approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 working days after the product is received at our premises.


Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be processed in the following cases:

    • If the product is damaged while in your possession.

    • If the product is different from what was shipped back.

    • If the product is used, washed, or not in its original packaging.

    • If claims are raised after the given time frame.

    • For custom-printed or personalized products (these cannot be resold).


Rejection / Denial of Parcel

If a customer refuses to accept the parcel after dispatch:

    • 2x Shipping Charges (forward + return) will be deducted.

    • 10% of product value will be deducted as packing charge.

Refund (if applicable) will be issued only after deducting these charges.


Courier & Delivery Delays

    • If delivery is delayed due to courier issues (e.g., 1–2 months), we will coordinate with the courier service to resolve the issue.

    • However, refunds cannot be claimed for courier-related delays beyond our control.


Important Note

    • All refund requests require a valid unboxing video.

    • Refunds will only be considered after the product reaches back to our premises and passes inspection.

    • Refund amount will be credited within 7 working days after approval.
